Only giving one star because it wouldnt let me post without clicking on it - otherwise i give them a big fat zero! Horrible horrible horrible!!! They put new tires on our SUV and while my husband was making a U turn the front passenger side wheel came off!!! They refuse to accept responsibility or rectify the situation. They obviously have people working there that do not know what they are doing. Now we have to come out of pocket to fix it and the body damage it caused by the car being on the ground! Luckily he pulled off the freeway when the car started shaking or this could have caused a huge accident. So dangerous - I'm posting this so it doesn't happen to someone else!!! Next step- calling our attorney because these idiots are BS!!!
