not really happy with the service provided. they didnt call back like they were supposed to and it was frustrating
Stay away from Dunkley music restorations. They took my piano and wouldn't return my calls until I contacted the police after a very, very long time. Then they sent me photos of the night mare they had created. They put handle bars on top right in front of a mirror which augmented the terrible look. I told them to fix it and and tell me when it was finished. Just like before they wouldn't return any of my calls they wouldn't answer my emails. Now they say it is done when I threaten to call the police again. Not only that, They say they are planning on charging me storage $2 per day for every day they have kept my piano. STAY AWAY FROM THEM! GET SOMEONE ELSE TO DO IT.
