We repair all types of residential and commercial foundation systems, including slab foundations and pier & beam type foundations. We offer a limited, lifetime transferable warranty on all slabs and a 5-year limited, transferable warranty on pier & beams where piers are installed. All repairs come with independent engineering certification.

      San Antonio House Leveling did not honor the warranty on my house. The original Owners Jeff and Steve were great, but unfortunately both of them have passed away. I used them on 3 of my houses with no problems. Then along comes Sal. One of my houses that had been leveled by them was sinking in the middle (that was not originally leveled) so I got a price from Sal to fix the problem. I also needed some of the perimeter piles adjusted that had been installed 10 years ago. The price on the new work was higher than my low bid so I asked Sal to match the price. He said he couldn't, so I said I just needed them to fix the existing piles. He told me my warranty was void so they would charge me to do so. I tried to reason with him, but he said to just take him to arbitration. DON'T USE SAN ANTONIO HOUSE LEVELING. YOU WILL BE SORRY
