We visited this establishment recently, and have gone there several times, but no more. The variety of buffet items was much smaller...my grandson wanted chicken nuggets and fries...neither was there. He would settle for pepperoni pizza...it was not there. Five large bowls of fruit were almost empty, but the three types of fruit that were there were overripe and bruised. The chocolate fountain had been replaced with a bucket and a ladle. The ice cream machine had a trough placed under the dispensers and it had two inches of melted ice cream in it. The bathrooms were filthy, as was the buffet and the floors. The waitress was very very nice, however. The manager heard our complaint, but he was unapologetic and claimed nothing had changed and former standards are being maintained. Not true. We will NOT go back. It is a shame that the staff will suffer for the management's shortcomings.

Came in for the ayce steak, ordered rare and kept getting medium well. After four attempts I asked to speak to a manager. Manager tells me, rudely, its a new cook and that she will bring me a rare steak. No apology nothing. Then 15 minutes later drops off yet another Medium well steak. I leave and have been talking to corporate about the managers rude behavior. Don't even get me started on the servers who spend their time sitting at a table with friends instead of checking on the customers

I liked Neri as our server she was always smiling and attentive my son loved to talk to her now I go less because the other servers arent like her

I stop going there after my favorite server stop working there. Kammy was the only reason me and my husband kept going back.

Kammy was a very good waiter.

When a restaurant can't even serve plain old vegetables that are hot and good, what can you do? My wife and I went a few months ago for lunch, and we each selected about 6 things from the buffet line. The first bite of green beans horrified me. They tasted like they had been on that line for a month. How can you mess up green beans? The macaroni and cheese was gritty, cold, and clumped together like grass under a lawn mower. The fried chicken was slimey and cold, without a hint of any seasonings. We took a few bites of each dish, then went to the register to request a refund. It's really too bad, since the Golden Corral we used to go to in Kansas City was excellent when it first opened. But like all new restaurants, the first year is usually good. Then through either bad management or greed, the quality really starts slipping. As nasty as the old Great American Steak Buffet was, it was miles above this place.
