I have been a customer of this facility for over 16 years; the original owners have ALWAYS been wonderful and really do quality work; I have referred ppl of all ages to this place and will continue to do so; I live an hour away and will gladly drop off my clothes when I am in Lexington for work as they have never let me down! As with all businesses, there can be "hiccups" but the ONE I had they corrected immediately; I don't go anywhere else.

Wish I had checked out this cleaner before I trusted them with hundreds of dollars worth of dry clean clothes--suits, slacks, sports coats. Two of the items were ruined by some sort of severe abrasion that tore the fibers in a spot on a sport coat and a pair of wool slacks (which were new). Of course, they denied responsibility.

They lost an expensive garment of mine. The OWNER acted as though it was an inconvenience to him. He never apologized or attempted to be sympathetic for losing my new shirt. The matter was finally settled after a month with many unpleasant phone calls and several visits to the establishment. The staff were nice and as helpful as they could be, but the OWNER was rude and provided the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I would not recommend trusting your clothing with this dry cleaner. Mistakes and accidents can happen anywhere, but poor customer service is never the way to handle the situation.

Reliable and caring cleaners, original owner back now and better than before. Takes time to make sure you are a satisfied customer. If you stopped sending cleaning because of change in owner, come back and give them another try! Same day service during the work week!
