Terrible customer service. I bought the Living Social deal and still can't use it. They keep saying their machines are down/broken. The guy won't even call me back or answer the phone now. Besides, the person going to clean my carpets would call from his cell phone, not from the business. This is a very sketchy outfit. I'm contacting Living Social to get a full refund. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.
