When the tech came out we had such a problem with ants we thought there was little hope we could get them all to go! Within 2 visits and a couple weeks they were gone. Thank you Romney for getting rid of all our bugs be especially the ants that were in the kitchen, in the master bathroom, in the kids bathroom, and in the living room. Now they come out every 3 months and we rarely see a bug.

This company is just bad bad bad to do business with. They say you signed a contract, then just show up whether you're home or not, without notice, say they treated your property and then send you a bill for hundreds of dollars. If you allow them on your property even ONE time you can count on them sending you bills for hundreds of dollars for services they supposedly provided, whether you authorized it or not. And there is NO reasoning with them. They only have one drum to beat and it goes to the tune of "send me a couple hundred more dollars." I've been back and forth with them for almost eight months trying to get it straight and Tammy the office manager just absolutely refuses. Corrupt business practices. Period. Trying to get paid for nothing!
