I called to pay off my loan in full....and when I asked for the full amount to pay off she said the amount was $5500. when it was in fact only $544.00...I got very quiet after a brief shock to my system and she was laughing saying she was joking...I told her I did not find it funny at all but she still laughed. This business will never see me again.
