We went to Levi's outlet at Leesburg and we had the worst customer experience. We had a legitimate complaint they refused to handle, they refused to apologize to us and worst a lady (Olivia) who appear to be the store manager, ask us to leave the store while I was trying to explain the matter to another sale associate. She went on to snatch all the jeans from my sister hands. They all started laughing at us. Despite the humiliation we bought 21 jeans that day. We feel like we have been discriminated, aggressed, unfairly treated and humiliated because we are foreigners, my sister doesn't speak english, I do speak some English with a French accent, we were not dressed to impress. We believe that even if we are foreigners and don’t speak the type of english those sales associates are used to, we deserve the right to complain and to be listened to. In which business school it is taught that a manager has to aggress a customer. If the sales associate Olivia has ever taken a basic management class she should know that Levi’s is in a business to serve the customers and never ever in dealing with angry customer it is recommended to aggress him. She has not even tried to engage with us, to listen to our complain, to understand where we were coming from, to apologize gracefully and find a win-win solution.Because of the aggressive attitude of the manager toward my sister and the humiliation we have been subjected to, we intend to take this matter to the next level.

Very satisfied with the costumer service there. I was at the place on 31st of December 2011 and one of the girls who was on shift (Bethany) tried really hard to find the type of jacket I was looking for, unfortunately even then when we did find it there was no more of the correct for me size left. Bethany then started do calls to other stores in US and found one in N Carolina that had the right size for me. Gave them my CC N and got it shipped over my address in MD. The price was also very acceptable (It was over 200$ and I got the thing for around 80$ shipping included as well as I remember). Well unfortunately I didn't get it right away - there was delivery fail (which of course has nothing to do with the girls who did great job) and had to do few phone calls to the store in N Carolina but then again had great respond (got my clothing right away). Thank you.

The outlets at leesburg usually have a good assortment, and the prices are about 60% less than the malls, even with the mall sales. Always worth a stop if in the Leesburg area
