I used to get my hair cut in downtown DC at Celadon spa, but moved to Leesburg and was looking for an exceptional salon -- Carlos Salon and Spa fit the bill. (Superpages has them listed in Ashburn, but they are located in historic Leesburg). I got a wonderful haircut and instead of the usual highlights, Carlos used a product called Sunglitz -- the reusults were just what I wanted -- very natural look that took far less time to highlight with no smelly chemicals. - Victoria
