For sure the most pleasant experience I have ever had with a tow company! Truck broke down with RV attached. They towed both vehicles over 30 miles away for less than I have paid for a single tow before. Very professional and helpful. So happy they were their to save the day.

2 tow truck drivers threatened to knock me out drop me to the ground the first tow truck drivers words as he was inches from my face Second tow truck driver grapped a Tow hook and chain while he was walking towards me threatening me I went to walk to my car which they had blocked in and then was cornered against my car by both of them in my face still threatening me which I never threatened back finally was able to get away and get to my Other car at that point I thought is was best to just leave the situation. All of this started as I started questioning the fee they wanted to charge since we have roadside asst. thru Progressive. I paid $60 trying to defuse the situation did not help I wanted to get a receipt but tow truck driver refused to give one. My Wife has been shaken up as she had to watch these animals in action. I am thankful my Children was not there to see. I have been nauseous the last two days causing me to miss out on work I think it is because of the Stress caused by this situation. My concern is what these two may do to there next victim.

Horrible service. ABC was dispatched through the Volvo Roadside Assistance for a siimple tow of a disabled SUV. Driver showed up, said he had the wrong equipment, left without a word and never came back. I hope Volvo will blacklist them.
