This place is the worst!!!! and the "manager" name Ester is the example of how NOT to give serves!!!

I tried this place a year ago and the first time they lost 4 of my items. She was giving me a different story about it every time I came to check and was very defensive and not even ones took responsibility about what happens. I asked her to remove my details from the system since I'm not about to be there costumer. Last month I found that I have charges on my credit card from Pilgrim Cleaners! I called them and again this Ester...Firs she said no way, but I insisted...Then she discovered that my credit card is under a different costumer!!!! She had no explanation of how did it happens or way they still have my credit card on there system and during this time again she was very defensive and NOT apologizing even ones!!! finely she assure me that she is going to refund the money...well...She refund me small amount of the money. This time I went over with all the Visa statements to get my money back. Again she was attacking saying that she refund the all amount, that I need to go to Visa (her words...) and demand the money from them and that she is not responsible for that. I was trying to tell her that she is the one that need to talk to Visa and check where is the refund but she basically was blaming every one (including me...) but herself!!! I realized that there is no one to talk to over there so I left and wrote an e-mail to Pilgrim costumer service. They didn't return to me but she called me and said that she found a way to give me the money....again she expected me to be grateful for finely getting MY money back after canceling my credit card, spending lots of time over the phone and over there and NOT even one time - I'm sorry...this is my mistake....This case is an excellent example of how not to provide service to customers!!!! DON'T EVER GO THERE!!!!!!!!!
