Horrible! First of all they dropped my delivery off 4 houses down from mine because I wasnt home and I didnt even know the people they left them with. When I picked them up from the strangers house most of the flowers were dead! I called the shop to complain and get a refund and I did not get ONE apology! And on top of all that, they actually came back to my house and took them back! When the delivery came to get them he made excuses the whole time! Saying they werent dead when he dropped them off and that HE knew the people he left them with. Thats nice, but it doesnt change the fact that I didnt know the person he left them with and I had to walk 4 houses down to get something my husband paid $7 for just for delivery! Horrible, unprofessional, and completely rude employees!
