Absolutely the worst! Had an appt to get contact lens script renewed and arrived on time. Waited 10 min a optometrist called me in for a very brief exam., whisk was fine because I see an ophthalmologist yearly. Now I sat for 25 minutes waiting for a "lens specialist" to tell me they have to order a sample. I return 3 days later to get sample which were not right for me so I call and they say they'll try a different brand and insisted they had my brand and strength in stock. I pick it up and try it out... can't read w it because not the right strength. Have to call again and see a dr again! She agreed that I needed stronger lens. Orders another sample which was correct strength and then they want know if I care to order thru them! No thanks! Super unprofessional and I'll happily go elsewhere!! Eye care supermarket w terrible care!!!

horrible experience with empire visioinworks latham. it took long long long time to get someone to help you. when i picked up the glasses today, nobody helped me adjust the glasses, which was too loose. when i asked the front desk. their answer was "wait untill someone to call you". after more than half an hour waiting, nobody help me adjust glasses.overall, the service was terrible there and attitude was very rude. i will never buy glasses from them again.
