These Doctors and Nurses have been very outstanding to us and our cat Murphy during 2 emergency visits. Their promptness, compassion support have been top notch!! I could not have asked for anything more during our time of crisis. We are so grateful for their service and care. Thank you.

Would like to thank everyone here... They are extremely caring for you and your pet... We had very bad situation with our Redbone Coonhound having seizures for the first time this Friday night brought him here Saturday and we picked him up tonight... To me they talked to us as if it were there Dog in the same situation! Yes they are expensive but for the cost of bring our Dog home with us at the end is priceless! Copenhagen is now home safe and sound with a long road ahead thanks to there care! Thank you to all the staff! Doctor Blanchette was sympathetic to our needs as well as to Copenhagen's care she not only gave us the best options for Dog but gave us the realistic options that we could afford... Thank you!

This was a terrible experience. The veterinarian was very surly and did not explain what she wanted to do clearly at all. The receptionist was incompetent and was brand new trying to explain/justify why we were being asked to pay $1,800 to treat a dehydrated cat. I just don't understand it. They make you wait for hours on old church pews, the vet was cranky, the receptionist was an idiot, and then you first bring us an estimate with mistakes on it. The second estimate is then $800 higher, but that one is correct. It was unprofessional and I would absolutely not trust them with our pets.
