I purchased 2 rings from this jewelry store and within a month the stones were already loose. When I went back to the store to have them reinforce the stones they said that there is a 30 warranty and I was past it by a few days. I was not told about the policy at the time of purchase and when I asked for the manager they said they were it and would do nothing for me. I am very disappointed in the lack of customer service and would never recommend their poor quality merchandise.
