I love Sprouts but not this particular place. Staff are rude! They made a mistake and never apologize nor acknowledge their mistakes. They pretend that nothing happened. She rang an item twice, and I tried to explain which item, she cut me off with attitude. And, guess what, she found her own error. But keep on pretending showing attitude.

Even the supervisor has high ego. Their card machine wasn't working, and they tried to blame it on me and my card. It feels awkward and a bit embarassing. Then we tried the other machine...guess what it worked! But they never apologize! Staff need common courtesy, respect and own their mistakes. Don't blame the customer who didn't do anything wrong. Need more customer service training for these people.

Much of the same food as Whole foods, but less of the expense :)

Great place to go and get fresh fruits and vegetables. Nice variety

If you would like a more "healthy" and natural alternative to traditional grocery shopping, then I highly recommend checking this place out!
