Dr. Robert Seaton is a board-certified OB-GYN and a fellow of the American College of OB-GYNs. He was associate chair of the OB-GYN department at Maricopa County Hospital in Phoenix, Arizona from 1967 to 1968. He was associate clinical professor of the OB-GYN department at the University of Tennessee Hospital in Knoxville. He also served as president of the East Tennessee OB-GYN Society. He has been practicing gynecology in southern New Mexico since 1997.

I went in on 10/27. Paid my copay by debit, waited for an hour and a half, to only be told that the doctor was not in. She was still doing rounds. I wish someone called me an hour BEFORE my appointment to tell me the docs won't be available so we need to reschedule you. I came for a different state, the health care is HORRIBLE. I was told that I was not going to be charged, my copay was VOIDED on the receipt. I have been trying to get a hold of Billing since Monday. I think all the lil office girls just sit in the break room. I call AGAIN just pressing 1 to "Schedule an appointment". Amanda who answered the phone puts me on hold, comes back and says "Oh, I was able to find the gal in billing". Does the gal have major diarrhea?? Is her phone on DND? Was she just hanging out talking about her Mexican soap operas??? Cause she should've answered the phone. Amanda continues to tell me that the gal in Billing says there is no record that I paid a copay. I continue to tell her that's not true. I have a bank statement showing my copay taken out on 10/27. Amanda puts me on hold again, comes back to say I can bring in my statement or fax it in. Sorry....please raise your hand if you have a fax machine in your house, exactly. I tell Amanda, I have already taken time out of MY day to wait there to not be seen by the doctor, I have taken time out of MY day to call Billing that NEVER answers their phone, and now you guys want me to take more time out of MY day to drive down there and give you my bank statement. I informed Amanda at this point that they should be accommodating to ME right now after all this. She puts me on hold to look for this so called Office Manager. Irene is in a meeting, of course. Probably with the Billing gal watching soaps doing nails in the back.

I hear that in New Mexico everything is MANANA. We are in America, MANANA, is not a thing. Especially when you are in the medical field. You must take care of all patients IMMEDIATELY.

MONEY DRIVEN - Doctor kept interrupting me, jumping to conclusions as a result, writing down "symptoms" that were not because of this. When I called him (Dr. Gross) out on his rudeness, he told me "I do not have time to listen to my patients. I have to get them in and out of here as quickly as possible."

All they want is money, they do not care about you!!!!!

Just got out of the military with numerous disabilities , they treated me like gum on the bottom of your boot, average wait time for me was 4 hours, longest was 5 1/2 hours, please do not go here, it's a waste of time and your money... go to Samuel Huerta, he actually Cares about your health...

This place makes Social Medicine of Europe look attractive. The wait time are crazy, and the Dr's are to be desired. Dr Samuels the worse followed by Dr Tubby Fredrich. That man who is a Dr should diet, so should the nurses. I think I will go see if Dr House is accepting new patients.

Awful customer service. I waited over fifty five (55) minutes to be called back after checking in. My son, who had the appointment, was not cooperating with the nurse assistant who wanted to take his weight. I asked if we could do it later. Her reply, "We need to get his weight.". Then the receptionist comes around the corner saying that I need to fill out additional paperwork to get his medical records. Why wasn't this done beforehand when I was waiting for 55 minutes in the lobby. OMG! This place needs to get it together. I ended up just leaving without seeing the doctor. I am fed up with sub par service and doctors who don't give a crap about you, your family or your time. I am discontinuing my services with them and urge you not to even waste your time with these quacks.

Worse care ever

Avoid this place if you can. They are all about crunching numbers and the docs I've seen so far have forgotten. Their Hippocratic oath of Do no harm. They prescribed medicines to treat symptoms and you have to make a separate appt to get blood work. The incompetence if that place is sad

In every business there's always room for improvement. Granted the wait to see the Doctor might be an extensive wait, if you know already, for heavens sakes, go prepared. If you take your child with you...take a snack, bring something to entertain him/her. If you can avoid staring at peoples actions do that because that makes for an even longer wait. Bring something to entertain yourself or better yet, keep your child at your visions and arms length at all times and do not allow them to roam, cry, whine, throw temper tamtrums because you went unprepared. It doesn't bother you when Doctors are taking the time to speak with you and are listening intentively with their undivided attention do you? Well, duhhh, this is why your wait is a long one. What does it take to tell someone to smile for you? Talk to them with respect, good morning, have a good day, thank you and please. This might help the overworked front desk personnel. All I have read in these blogs is crying, complaining and biatching...be omptimistic and not pessimistic. If you don't like something tell them not someone, and if you like them, tell a friend. This goes with any other type of business.
