Always good food and good food servers---A-1

Took Family to this Applebee's was before the dinner rush. Greeter was the only one who said anything to us. Several wait staff walked around, they did manage to serve 3 tables their drinks and where on ordering their food that arrived 10 minutes after we did. I spent 20 minutes sitting with my family, didn't order drinks or even have anyone care. I have been in an Applebee's that has been packed and had to wait 10- 15 minutes for table and got faster service than this. Very Poor service..

I went in to eat dinner with my husband, and never got waited on. A group of people came in and sat next to us, and got waited on. It was loud and the staff were very unprofessional. They talked about personal business, I over heard a lot while I was waiting in vain for service.We got up and left after 20 minutes of waiting. I will never go back. This Applebees is not what it used to be.

If you are using carside to go you are not able to pay with your credit card over the phone and have someone else pick up the food. Apparently they need a signature even though 90% of other businesses can just take your information over the phone. Also, we ordered two entree salads and they forgot the salad dressing which we didn't find out until we had drove all the way home. When I called to talk with the manager he pretty much said he was sorry but didn't do anything else.
