They are horrible at communicating with owners. Our home was trashed and their response was that's too bad. One of the people in the office actually laughed about it.

Avoid Rental Management Company. My experience was that an RMC employee messed up, and failed to make payments out of the rental proceeds, after committing to make those payments several times. On top of that, they were recieving the delinquency notices, so I was not aware of the situation. When I finally found out, I was faced with $1500 in legal fees and penalties for the past due payments. Dave Huber, the owner, washed his hands of any responsibility for his employee's mistakes, demonstrating, in my opinion, a serious lack of business ethics. Find a more upright buisness to deal with

Horrible rental experience. Took months of me bugging them to get anyone out to fix things like electrical issues and bug infestations. then after moving out I was sent a 3000.00 bill. I have already filed against them in court. Horrible!!!!

I just had to say how much I appreciate all the work that Rental Management Company has done. I tried for several months to rent my condo in south Snohomish county....with no luck. RMC advertised and showed my rental and it was rented the very first month! The condo has stayed rented and the maintenance has been such a relief for me to not have to deal with. THANK YOU RENTAL MANAGEMENT COMPANY!! MRH

I just read through these reviews, and apparently alot has changed at RMC in the last 2 years! We've been renting with them for a year, and we've had a great experience! We love the property we've been renting, it's very well upkept and by FAR the best property of all the ones we looked at! (And we shopped around ALOT before choosing this one!) We've always had great service from our agent (Rhonda). They have very reasonable expectations of their tenants, which I really like about this company. I would encourage anyone to rent with them, and if these reviews are making you think elseways, go in and talk to an agent yourself and schedule a walk-through of an availible property. You'll see that this business is ran well and that their customers are their priority.

I have rented from Rental Management Company I found them to be very professional, I am totally shocked when I read down these reviews. This can't be the same place. Each time I have called, my call has been returned promptly, and professionally. I have never felt like I was treated unfairly. I would recommend them over a lot of other management companies that I have had to deal with in the past.

I have used many rental companies before and none compare to RMC.

Do not use RMC to manage your property, they are unprofessional, untruthful, & unresponsive. We used them to manage our property for 3 years and were nickel and dimed for poor service. Lease agents do not get back to you in a timely manner and made "deals" with tenants behind in rent w/o informing us. Both times our property was vacant, they did not check on it. During the first vacancy, the toilet in the first floor bathroom overflowed for over 10 days, causing extensive water damage in which we had to replace flooring, subflooring and fixtures. The second time our property was empty, RMC left all our windows open and doors unlocked for several days. RMC allowed the last tenant to leave the house in a filthy manner and leave a lot of junk on the property. Our yard & landscaping were very overgrown and in poor condition. Do not use this company unless you want your property to look like a slum and loose thousands of dollars. We live out of state & feel RMC took advantage of us!

Lots of nice rental houses to choose from. Easy rental process and the house was nice and clean when we moved in. I would recommend them if you are looking to rent a house.

We just got done renting one of their houses. We lived there for almost 3 years and did not have problems with RMC. We had a couple of items that needed to be repaired at the house and they were always taken care of. If we were to rent again, I would recommend them.

They don't even deserve one star. I am an owner and I used them to rent one of my houses. 6 months and they terminated their agreement with me stating that it was due to MY lack of communication. They never did rent the house, I lost money and I didn't realize I was obligated to communicate with them and babysit. We had a well defined agreement and they never followed through on their promises. I did talk with them about lowering the rent and trying different ways to rent the house so it's certainly not due to my lack of communication. I hired them for a purpose and if I need to babysit them through it all then why bother? You would think it would be in their best interest to serve the owner and rent the house since that is how they get paid but they're lazy. I rarely received any status updates on the property and what they were doing to rent out my investment. I am disgusted and wish I would have chosen a different company. I can't get the money back that I lost...
