Low class & very rude employees. Poor customer service!! Don't go there. They will mess up your clothes!!!

The price is cheap but very poor customer service. Employees are rude and show class what so ever. I've chosen Premier cleaners because it's on my way to & from work. I regret it deeply and will not go back over there. They messed up one of my clothes and would not even tell me. I overheard them talking about refunding me the $2.25. When i asked, the lady told me that it bled on itself and there is nothing they could do. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Very poor service and rude employees!

Cheap dry cleaning but not done well..had Banana Republic sweater come back with huge rip that they fixed....also had an Ann Taylor Loft shirt that "bled" on itself from dry cleaning and was told they were not responsible for paying for it...only wore shirt once...have the same shirt in two other colors that they have dry cleaned before that have been fine...staff is rude

This place is awful!! Very inexpensive, but job is cheap. Apathetic management and staff, and clothes come back dirty and unpressed more than 90 percent of the time.. Even after asking them to do it over because of bad pressing or obvious dirt, the clothes come back the same as before!!! I will not go back to this dry cleaners.
