DO NOT USE CONCRETE REVOLUTION!!!! Concrete Revolution came out to my home to stain my concrete in my living room and 3 bedrooms; we flooded in August 2016 and needed to replace most of my flooring. First, we were quoted a start date range of 2 weeks to possibly more than 2 months, and we hardly had any pro-active communication about the start date; we had to continuously follow up. Then, we were told the process could take from 4-5 days, but may be a little longer; the overall process took almost 2 weeks. Since we could not even go in our home during this process, we moved out and gave them the access they needed. My front door was left unlocked, and my windows were left open multiple times, exposing the interior of my home to potential danger. They also cracked my interior window ledge about 8 inches and broke off a piece of tile that connects my kitchen to my living room about the size of my palm. When I asked if I could simply deduct these costs from my contracted price, I was told that "there is no way any of our equipment could have possibly cracked your window ledge, and a hairline fracture already existed on that tile, so, quite frankly, it's your word against mine." And if I wanted, I could have him fix the tile "as a favor", but I would have to provide the replacement, and he wouldn't fix it until my final payment was made for the completion of the project. When I said I wanted the repairs done first, he immediately jumped into "every conversation we've had has been recorded, and this has been handed over to the attorney, so we can simply handle this legally." Extremely unprofessional and immature! It is clear that one's honor and integrity is no longer important when owning a business... I tried to make it fair and was made out to be a liar and immoral.
