This is a true review. Found this place here on WhitePages.com. We have never been here before and no one told us about it. A "Great" place to go! The atmosphere was wonderful, family friendly, casual to very nice attire, food was flavorful, more then plenty and the price was just right. Our waiter kept an eye on us and was there to meet our every need, without feeling like he was hovering. For a place that cooks some of it's food where you can watch, being a Friday night and busy, you can still talk with the ones you are with, without haveing to speak overly loud. If you are going thur, visiting, or just live in Lafayette, LA then make it a place to eat at.

If you are looking for a family style meal or thinking of a more upscale experience then it can be found at the Lafayette Carraba's location. The staff is attentive, the dishes are made fresh, and the atmosphere is pleasant. You should try the pizza, filet marsala, sirloin steak, or the veal chop for a single item entree as they are some of the best tasting meals in town. My favorite pasta dishes include the mezzaluna or the al fredo but the different red sauces with the meatballs are also fantastic so you may want to experiment! You can trust my review as I dine there at least once a week sometimes more often.
