      Jessica was awesome today! I bet I haven't been to Dairy Queen in a couple months, yet each time I have been there in the past, I always order my banana shake without the whip cream. Today I ordered it, but forgot to specify "no whip cream". Since the speakers weren't working, I gave my order in person to Jessica. She must have recognized my face and said, "Did you want me to hold the cream on it, again?" I said, "Oh, yes, I forgot to specify that! Thank You!" I think that is amazing that Jessica would remember that! It's the little things like that, that keep your customers coming back. Thanks, Jessica, for being so accomodating and remembering a detail like that about me!
