VERY RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL AND BAD SERVICE!!! DAN in PARTICULAR!!!! When I called to get some prices on replacing my tires Dan gave me some quotes, when I had to purchase the tires Dan was Mr. friendly. He gave me a price for the least expensive new set of tires, then he said that he found a set of used Michelin tires with only 20% tread loss (which turned out to be 40% tread loss) and that they were better tires used than the new tires and that they were wider, so "my car would handle better" I purchased them, as I was trying to save money. He also said they would solve a problem I was having with swerving. The swerving was worse after the tires were installed. I went to Truline in Bellevue and he ( Byron) pointed out that the tires were too wide for my car in particular, that it could effect the handling of the vehicle and he was correct about that. Byron at Tru line helped me out with the swerving issue, he was the ONLY person (after asking many other mechanics) who new right away what was wrong with it and also fixed it without charging me labor as a first time customer and I will never go to anybody but him again! When I called Dan and told him they had sold me the wrong size tires he immediately got snippy and turned into a completely person than that sold me the tires, even though HE WAS THE ONE WHO SOLD ME THE TIRES, mentioning they were used tires three times in the conversation as if I was the idiot that purchased the tires used, after telling me they were "better than the new tires he had for sale and would handle better on the road" not worse as they do now. He continued to raise his voice at me and I told him he was upsetting me and kept telling me he was a professional which he was not acting like in the least bit. HE upset me enough that I finally had to raise my voice to talk over him and ended up hanging up as I was getting no where. After that I called around to several other tire places including other Tire Factories and all concluded that he should have disclosed that the tires were not the same size recommended (per size listed for my particular car) and that the wider tires would effect the handling of the vehicle and plus they didn't fit the wheel size. I have never written a review about anybody, but this time I am, as it was so upsetting and particularly condescending, a zero in my book, don't let their first "friendly" appearance fool you.

I remember that my car used to make weird sound. They told me that I need to change the rotors and they even told me they were sure that the sound came from rotors.

Well guess what. The sound had nothing to do with rotor. Also I recommend you to keep track of your services from them. They lied me when I replaced my tires last time and the mileage.

went to do an oil change and tire rotation... soon after it my tire pressure light came on, they told me that they don't have nothing to do with it... no regards at all.
