This store really scared me. I dropped off my clothing, and I got a phone call from them the same day asking if certain things belonged to me or someone else! It put me on edge as I wasn't sure if they lost some things, and I thought that they weren't responsible or organized. Then, while their contract specifically says that they do not call you to update you on your account, they are incredibly annoyed when you do call for an update. Then, they were completely unorganized when I went to pick up any unsold items, and had to come back another day, which was very inconvenient. I can also understand why things didn't sell. They charge outrageous prices for used clothing, I certainly wouldn't pay it. Overall, they just don't seem to treat their customers with very much respect, and I wouldn't consign with them again.

This place is sooo cute and has so many great finds. My mother and I went there to find a mother of the bride dress for her. After visiting every other shop nearby we returned there and purchased a beautiful gown and a necklace with earings to match (vintage and unique) a completly original and classy ensamble for $130.00! Amazing (and my mother wont run the risk of wearing the same thing as someone else:0) The women there were helpful, patient and fun to chat with. the whole shop is filled with wonderful and unique clothing, all in great condition. I will definitely be visiting this gem of a shop again soon!

I have been in the store several times and have yet to try anything on. The store is just too cramped and unorganized, besides the staff is not friendly. When I go into a store, especially a consignment store, I want to go directly to the type of item I am looking for, and then to the size I need. I don't have or want to spend a lot of time looking through every item, only to find something I like that it isn't my size.
