Placed an order using their web page, according to them they could not find it. Called and talked to another lady (did not get her name). Promised to make it a priority delivery. DID NOT HAPPEN! Called 2 days later and talked to Karen , letting them know that I was completely out and needed propane. Karen said she would get it taken care of and would call me back. DID NOT HAPPEN! Called in the afternoon and talked with Matt. Explained the situation, he told me there would be an additional $99.00 charge for the driver to verify that my propane furnace was working properly when (???) they deliver the fuel. I have and electronic furnace and works off of a sensor. What's he going to do if it is not working properly? Anyway Matt said he would work something out and would call me back, (STILL WAITING FOR THAT CALL, MATT!) Terrible customer service and support. Will be changing companies over the summer.

The customer service for this company is a JOKE, been using them for over 3 yrs now and I have an issues with them every time I have to call. The tech support departments is rude, and has no customer service skills. I would tell everyone I know to use another company because of there lacking customer service and there promptness (wait there is none) I have never left a review for any company because I think some people complain about everything, but this is really the worst company I have ever had to deal with. I would switch but my landlords are in a contract with them. Note for owners, try and find a better staff. It must be hurting the business. Now that I look back on the reviews I should of believed them.On a positive note the front desk is nice, I think his name is Zack. But the lady that deals with the drivers and the billing lady need to find something that makes them happy. This is not it.

Deanna was insulting and rude in talking over fuel usage and tank rental ...I was so pleased that this company was locally owned...but beware if you are a low user.....don't bother to call them....

Poor customer service, canceled twice on install and sent email they would be there an unscheduled day. Had three estimates and the final bill exceeded all three even with a $50 credit for missed appointments. Misleading information on cost and payment, asked for half up front and then hit my CC with a fill charge when the full tank was delivered. Then a delivery driver came to fill tank that was already full? Charged $150 for digging when I dug the ditch, the installer may have touched his shovel for ten minutes to set the concrete blocks this includes the time it took to get it off his truck.

Such sad customer service, guess after a couple years they don't care how they do as a business. really haven't been disrespected by a company as I was at this point in such a long time.

Horrible customer service. Most of the ladies are nice but one is insanely rude. We have a credit yet no propane. Why? Because they don't keep it full even when signed up for it. We are paid way in advance. Call first thing in the morning before a storm came in. Let them know we are out of propane. We were then moved from emergency to less than ten percent aka 0% so then we get put to the end of the list. I'm told sometime tomorrow. So no power, no heat, no hot water. But thank you to the geriatric witch with the attitude to make this day even better. I know our leaving as your customer doesn't really affect you but I am appalled at the lack of A. Customer service, B. The training of your staff, and C. The fact that this company doesn't hold up to what they say they will do. And everyone has a different answer even though they are "so well versed". I will be asking for a refund of our prepaid and going to one of the many other options in town. Maybe then we would actually get the propane we paid for.

The customer service with Kits...

The customer service with Kitsap is superb! David Cambell, their service manager is a jewel. He saved the day for me on a snow day because my previous propane company Suburban Propane had stopped delivering to me without telling me and I had run out of fuel on a very cold day. Kitsap prices are far better than Suburban and they are much better at customer service. He also gave me some very good advice about replacing my heating system which has cost me a fortune over the past few years. Thanks!!!!
