I have been treating with Monarch for a little under a year and have nothing but a pleasant experience in King of Prussia office. The atmosphere is beautiful and the staff has been nothing but friendly and welcoming. I started treating with laser hair and was so pleased with the results, I am now doing Smartlipo. Wow, we really got 5 star treatment there. I made the appointment for my boyfriend for tattoo removal and the woman I spoke too was so friendly. She explained everything to me, gave me all the available options. Set up a time right away and once we were there, it was clean and everyone was friendly. She was very patient with my boyfriend and I who had a lot of questions, and really went over everything. Got him approved for a pay off plan right there and set up and appointment for him.
