She was top notch thru our whole case. She filed all the right papers and asked all the right questions. She was courteous and respectful to the other party. She didnt boast or brag, she came to all court dates and gave me the best advice as to what I should do in hypothetical and current situations. Our case went smoothly thanks to Mrs. Ouren. She has love for her clients and their children. She does her best, she is a busy woman but keeps her end of the bargain up. She isnt expensive and puts in work. We will hire her again for of our other trials that may require an attorney.

Kim Ouren is and has been a fabulous attorney I have not once had a problem with her representing me. I've hired her for numerous cases, and she's done for me and my family more than I could ask for, I'm grateful that she has represented me. She's honest, respectful, and truly cares for her clients. have never worked with someone so unprofessional before now. I am almost positive she still has not completely acquainted herself with my case, 8 months after hiring her! She shows up late for court, IF she bothers to show up at all. She is constantly running behind, making you wait for appointments, again, if she even shows up for them. Fails to file papers in a timely manner, ended up costing me at least 2 contempt rulings and over $1400 in fees, on top of her retainer! Then she doesn't even follow the wording of her own contract! Tried to get another $1000 out of me for "trial prep" though she hasn't passed any info on to me about a trial date and most importantly, she's pulling it out of thin air because it is not in her contract! Tried to tell me I couldn't afford more work on the case, again, despite the agreed upon contract, and finally withdrew when I pointed out her failure to fulfill her fiduciary responsibilities (act in my best interests) and her straight up lies. If you don't believe my review, by all means, go talk to other more reputable attorneys and just look at their facial expressions when you tell them you are considering her. She needs to give up her sorry attempt at law and just stick with her real passion of ministering her church.

Kim is an amazing big hearted attorney she listened to everything I had to say and informed me on what she needed from me as well to get my case going in the right direction. Anytime I called her office I received a call back later that's same day. She listened to and answered all my questions and concerns. My experience with this attorney was HORRIBLE. I found her dishonest, unethical, unprofessional and incapable of completing the most basic responsibilities as an attorney, such as filing with the court, showing up for a hearing. AFTER I fired her she then filed everything to cover up her poor unethical behavior. I would not recommend this attorney to anyone for anything. I should have checked for reviews, because when I did, I found other stories that sounded just like mine. I have made a formal complaint with the WA state bat and I encourage anyone who has an issue with this attorney to do the same..... Be aware..... This is a BAD ATTORNEY

Horrible. Has been 5 months since she has been hired and she has done absolutely nothing to lift a no contact order for someone who has no criminal record, violent past, owns no guns or previous issues and the victim wants the no contact order lifted. She does not answer her phone and has too many days off. She did not inform me of a date that I was supposed to appear before a judge. Not worth the money.

I highly recommend avoiding this lawyer. Her unethical practices and lack of concern regarding her clients has led to numerous complaints against her. Search WOMF with her name and you can see that she is not a lawyer that is reliable. She should be disbarred and prosecuted for Theft by Fraud charges.
