I was impressed with the way he conducted himself over the phone. He spent 10 or 15 minutes on the phone with me answering my questions and explaining the process before I committed to a service call. I ended up having to replace my air conditioner, which costed $4900.00. The previous company gave me an estimate for almost double that, and was using forms of high pressure sales strategies and sarcasm to make their point. DDMechanical to evaluate services done by a different company. I put in a Trane system which was not functioning properly. The evaluation helped me understand what the previous company installed in my home. The service was very good and accurate on this evaluation. My originally problem is still not resolved with previous company. Thank you for asking. DD Mechanical is a company I would recommend for installing or repair on a HVAC system.

I called around trying to find someone to fix my A/C and it was as if every company I called just wanted to sell me a new unit instead of trying to fix the problem. A friend of mine actually told me to call DD Mechanical, I gave them a call and they came within 24 hours, found the problem, FIXED IT and it was a lot cheaper than buying a new unit.
