I have called Ethan's several times over the years for service on various appliances. They have always come out the SAME DAY and have fixed the broken appliance. Jarod is an exceptional technician and is always polite and treats my home with respect. He has always cleaned up any mess that the repair may have caused. I have been trying to contact this business for over two weeks to get the fridge repaired in our rental house and have not been able to reach anyone. No answering machine and no one answers the phone. This is a horrible company!! Do not purchase from them!
