I went in and asked if they did gel powder nails. The first young man I talked to said yes, although he seemed unsure. So when they called me back I asked the lady who was about to start if they did gel powder again, to which she said yes. She started to buff my nails and soon the owner came over and looked confused. This is when he called me over to his table and then informed me they didn't have gel powder. AFTER all of my nails are buffed out and scratched up. He then tries to tell me that gel powder isn't something that is done in salons. I explained the process of gel powder and he kept arguing with me. This is when another customer spoke up and said she knew what gel powder was and that I was explaining it accurately. I understand they can't help if they don't offer a service, but don't lie to get customers through the door and then be rude to them. The owner then very rudely asked "well what do you want?"

Well I'm not sure now that you screwed up my nails..

We never got an apology or anything. Just scratched up nails. Never going back here again. Very rude.

What a joke! Manicure was chipping off acrylic and using a drill to take off gel then cutting my long real nails in half and painting them. No soak, cuticle work, or hand cream rub. Worst I have ever had in my life. Was $20,and NO tip!

I received a mediocre pedicure at Le's Nails. I experienced pushy staff and the experience was mediocre at best.
