Over priced, crummy service. They add charges without telling you and did not even have a driver waiting for me when I arrived. I had to wait about 15 minutes after calling to find out what was going on and the dispatcher made me carry all of my bags upstairs to the 'departures' area claiming that it is more convenient for the driver. Requested a call from the general manager, Nabil, which did not happen. When I called them, both he and the owner "George" (he clearly lied about his name), refused to do anything to resolve my situation and keep my business.



DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!!!!!
