I called on October 27, 2008 to get cigarette prices per carton. I got hung up on by a very rude lady... Does the owner know that you just cost him $100 a week?I called back to say that I did not appreciate being hung up on and this time not a word just a phone slamming in my ear. As you can see from the caller ID, I own my own businesses. If I ever had an employee costing me money like she did......I can't even imagine what I would do.Good job.Great Customer Service.
