I hate this place every time I go there I deeply regret it the lines are oh so long all the time, the workers seem stupid or something like they dont even know their own products and this place is always out of what I need I have to go to the crossroads one which I will be doing from now on never again will I ever step foot in this establishment again this is the worst michaels I have ever seen.

I am sooo SICK of most of these people's attitudes. Most of the time i go in i get huhhh..... like whatever you are working. Pay attendtion to the customer instead of other workers around you. Then one time i went in there was a huge line like usual & 2 workers said i am going on break & they went outside. When i left the store they were about 10 feet away from the doors smoking. Are you kidding me. Then one time i went in w/ the joann's ad because they "match sales" i got arguement from cashier i asked to speak to manager & he just stared @ me for about 10 sec. & said umh.... ok match I just don't understand this CRAP !!!!! I am switching to online stores or to Joann's
