Suffolk Glass puts the customer first. They (Karen) took the time to listen to my concerns and arrange the schedule to make sure I got same day repair for my shattered windshield. Steve & Mickey came to my place of work and were professional, friendly and did a great reapir job. The whole experience was a pleasure!

Horrible service. Did not make appointed day. destroyed inspection sticker and left wiring out. Did not receive any communication back. After inspection was destroyed the worker tried to tell me it was expired untrue. No good customer service at all.
