      I have twenty years of experience counseling people of all ages. I strive to offer the highest quality services for my clients, so that they can find relief from their symptoms and improve their lives. I use an empathetic approach to help people find the healthy balance that all of us need in our lives to be happy. My special skills include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, E.M.D.R. (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), and the treatment of trauma, anxiety, and depression. I am also Spanish-speaking and work in an office collaboratively with other psychologists, licensed clinical social workers and psychiatrists.
