      Me and a friend were excited to visit the store for the first time today. We got there at 5:50, not knowing that they close at 6, and were told by an employee holding the door shut that they were closed. I have worked in retail so I understand that it sucks when customers come in last minute, but I have never experienced anything like this before. I don't know their policy but generally in customer service you don't close until it's actually closing time. I plan to visit the blue springs store because I really would like to see what the store is about, but I will never go back to the independence location and will definitely not recommend it. ����
