I called with request of having electrician come address a small problem. One single outlet needed to be fixed and the receptionist/dispatch lady assured me he would come look and assess what I needed and cost. (estimate) The guy arrived after they put off my appointment and instead of looking at my stupid outlet he proceeds to help himself to my kitchen table and try to sell me a membership to services that I don’t need. I asked if he would just look at my outlet, tell me what was wrong, and fix it charging me just the hour labor and he said Nope then tried to sell me a package again. I then told him heck no I don’t need the membership but of course when I told him the lady who set my appointment pretty much flat out lied he got an attitude. Ridiculous. I was mislead by the receptionist and trust me I asked precise questions to ensure we were on the same page and what the hell happened to just having someone come fix a stupid problem? Nope this electrician had a sales pitch just like a car salesman. Don’t use this company find a local self run business. Just too much hassle.
