Provided by YP.commy son and i went in to place a take out order on tuesday 6/3/08 @ 7pm. We had the worst service ever and were treated very poorly because the sub maker made my sub wrong. It was ver unpleasant and i was made to feel very uncomfortable at the same time.
This is the first time i have ever bought anything from any of your establishments and i will never use your company or reccommend you to anyone i know.
I tried to contact the manager for a couple of hours with no response so i am taking this route to make you aware of the very poor service in that establishment.
In my opinion the service is just as important as the food being the customer is the one helping to pay the employees their pay checks.
I have worked in the food industry for a long time and if any of my crew members were to ever treat a customer the way we were treated they would of been let go on the spot.
Employees need to learn that the customer wants what they want with no attitude .
this could be alot worse than it is. My son is deathly allergic to cheese and had he bit into the messed up sub there would have been a major law suit, thank god i have the sense to look before he eats anything.
I am very sorry that i have to even write this letter and i hope this matter can be taken care of.
By the way it was not just 1 of the employees with a bad attitude to the customer it was all 3 that were working up front.(1 young lady and 2 young men) they would not give their names or i would give you them too.
