Scam artists. Told me my jewelry was worth $100 and horrible quality when it appraised at multiple reputable jewelersfor over $10k.

Add me to the list of those whowill not go to the Huntersville location because of less than best customer service . The sales rep who was attendind to us a did a great job was upstaged by an arrogant , loud mouthed mgr who was rude and continued to raise his voice . Finished with what we started but will not encourage anyone to visit this location .

Absolutely terrible!

I will never step inside this store or any brownlee store again. The owner or manager in this store is rude, arrogant and ignorant. I took a piece of jewelry to be repaired and when I questioned the value they put on it for insurance purposes this guy steps in and actually told the assistant that it was worth even less!!!! Now I'm no expert but I have had this piece appraised in two much higher class jewelers before for more than twice what this guy was appraising it for. He obviously doesn't know what he is talking about.

Needless to say I took my Jewelry elsewhere, I'm not going to have them mess it up or lose it and then only pay out for half it's value.

Take my advice and don't deal with these people.

Customer Service is Dead

I took a set of rings to the Huntersville location to be sized. The Jeweler--would NOT listen to want I wanted, butted in when I was talking to a new female employee--she actually had great listening skills! Anyway--his "macho, I'm a jeweler, you have no idea about anything" attitude took over and of course, my rings came back WRONG!. So I go to pick them up again, after they were promised, and they weren't ready. The owner Mr. Rosseau was in and said--sure--I'll personally see to it!



So a day late and dollar short I go to get my rings--still not perfect--did I mention that they charge more than any place for sizing??? So I mention that I'd like to use the coupon on the website--the owner acts like I'm on drugs and then says, "we don't have a coupon on the website and if we did, you would need to print it (way to be green...). so here's the link: http://www.brownleejewelers.com/CLT6358588_hr.pdf
