Stay away from this company...anyone else would manage your property better....Run away! I currently live in a condo complex that utilizes their services, and it has been a completely disconnected experience over the last 10 years. They make the owners feel like they are renters, rather than the group that employs them. Their customer service model more resembles and insurance company, that says "no" first, then makes you feel like your asking for something ridiculous, rather than acting on their needs like they're employed to provide. The woman we have to deal with is the most arrogant individual I've ever encountered in the 59 years I've been around. Please, do yourself a favor, and avoid any engagement with this company if your looking for a management service, and if your currently using this company, get out now. What your experiencing is real, they are horrid in the service to their customers. By the way, I entered one star, only because it wouldn't let me submit with none.
