My daughter purchased a $40.00 pair of running shoes to get in shape and on her 2nd run the outer-side/front toe's caved in and rubbed against her feet. This caused pain so we tried to return them and the salesperson said we could not return them because they could not resell them. What? Since when is a defective product not returnable because you can not resell it? Who resells defective products? They said she purchased shoes too big and that is why they buckled. They did not even have her try them on to see if that was indeed the reason this defect occurred, (which was not the case). Now my daughter has to contact Adidas to see if she can return them. Meanwhile she has NO shoes for running. I will never shop there again. Apparently they don't stand behind their products!

Nobody will answer the phone. Customer service terrible
