I have stayed overnight at the hospital 3 times in the last year for cancer and kidney problems. Everyone was extremely helpful from the nursing to the kitchen staff.
The doctors and surgeons did their thing and kept me informed along the way of my condition. One extra Kudos goes out to the nursing staff, they treated me like family.

Had to have my second surgery here, since no other hospital that my doctor is affiliated with was able to do this particular surgery. The post op floor, 5th floor, has the worst nursing staff I've ever had the displeasure of meeting. Not one of those nurses care about their patients at all. They apparently are only in the medical field for the monetary gain. Why anyone would become a nurse when they don't care about people is beyond me. It's extremely tough coming out of surgery and you're nurses do nothing but tell you you're not hurting that bad and you should have been discharged 2 days ago. If you have the opportunity to go some where else, please go there. The entire 5th floor nursing staff should be fired!!! It's extremely traumatic being treated by those rude uncaring non professionals.!

Worst Medical Center in Houston EVER ! due to sever pain in the throat , unable to drink which caused dehydration, I was admitted by a doctor order to this hospital. Medication supposed to be taken upon arrival to the room was pain killer due to sever pain and IV fluid

While in pain, I Waited 3 hours for a room but have not gotten a room after 3 hours that I had to leave after being medically compromised from this wait, subjected to undue pain and my dehydration was further compromised.

They left me in PAIN for 3 hours till the pain was stronger and started to get drowsy from further dehydration that I had to leave this hospital

Totally unprofessional staff. You should know that once you step a foot into this hospital. With all complaints that I will file, I just want to tell future patients, BE WARE, THIS PLACE IS A TRASH

NEVER AGAIN

I was having sezuies this morning, tingling on my left side.My took me to the E.R.. While in the back the nurse tell me stop doing. How can I stop having a seizure? I told I wanted to keep my bag in the bed with, because one time my phone was stolen from an employee. "WE DON'T STEAL". I was told I need to see my PC. While waiting on my husband to pick me outside having another seizure, another nurse tells me I'm not having a seizure, YOU NEED PHYC TREATMENT. I WILL RETURN THERE AGAIN!!!

Absolutely the worse Hospital I have encountered in Houston. Houston is the medical capital of the world. This place surely destroys that reputation. The nurse drew my blood and made a huge mess all over the place. I waited for 2 hours only to be informed there was another 4 hour waiting window to see a doctor. If you can take the drive, I recommend going to a hospital in the suburbs of Cypress, Katy, or the Woodlands.
