The Company is self-administered and self-managed, and provides management, investment and administrative services internally through its own employees. Parkway properties own more than 60 office properties throughout the United States and over 12 million-square-feet of leasable space. The company s clients include Bank of America, Honeywell Industries, DHL Airways, United Healthcare Services and Cox Enterprises. Parkway Realty Services is a subsidiary of Parkway Properties, and offers leasing, management, construction and brokerage services to several third-party clients, and also manages office projects owned by Parkway Properties.
