He showed up presentable and professional. He gave us an affordable quote and we proceeded the very next day. He brought a full suit and plenty of equipment to do the cleaning extensively. Nature's Own has been nothing but up front, transparent, and fair from the beginning of our business relationship. They know how I like my chimney cleaned and they respect my wishes each and every time I schedule an appointment with them. I have extremely bad allergies, so any accumulation of dust irritates me immensely. This is definitely a much needed service for someone with my sensitive conditions. Fast, friendly, and reliable service! I made a call for an emergency appointment and they were able to come out the same day. I had smoke backing up into my living room. Turns out I had a nest up near the chimney cap, which had a bit of missing grating. They cleaned the chimney and mended the grating very quickly and with no mess.

These guys really helped me out. I really didn't even know that a chimney needed to be cleaned until I made a fire and it started to catch up inside the chimney I was reaaaaly close to having a chimney fire. These guys came out really quick and got me all squared away.
