I have always posted awesome reviews and never bad ones but this time after the customer service I endured at this store , had me so upset I am posting my comments. And useualy I don't have time to post a review either way or realy don't let things bother me even if it was bad customer service. However on this day at this store the service my daughter and I received was just disrespectful ...I constantly shop with my 9 yr old daughter at this location when we have time because It is her fav store. I never had bad service at this location and was always a great customer service exsperince , until the other day when a store rep was very rude and disrespectful. I purchased 2 pairs of shoes for my daughter and neither fit her and were the wrong size , useualy we never had issues getting the right size however when we originaly purchased both pairs of shoes they were the last 2 pairs and were both on displays on the store maniquins. The shoe clips said size 6. Without thought we trusted the young woman who helped us and said they are correct size and helped us and took them off the maniquins. My daughter wore the 1st pair of shoes at school and came home that day and said they hurt and didn't fit. I thought surely the other pair will do for now , so the next school day the 2nd pair of shoes also didn't fit. My daughter had other new shoes she could wear until we got a chance to bring them back to the store. As a few weeks passed I finaly got to go into the store with my daughter to take the shoes back since it wasn't past 90 days and both shoes were only worn once and are new so I knew there should be no issues getting the same shoes but the correct size. As I go to the counter to exchange the pairs of shoes for correct size and also to purchase even more items the cashier who was very nice a sweet began scanning items , then another lady who said her name was Kate or Katie was very rude and got in between the transaction questioning me about the shoes ..She asked why I was bringing them back , I explained why , she then looked at the shoes and rolled her eyes and said "well these shoes were worn several times it looks like and we don't exchange unless they were damaged " not due to them being wrong size !" She even tried to grill me on how long ago it was when I purchased the shoes which was in the computer and was not close to 90 days .. I asked her to stop being rude and insinuating that I was a lier saying that the shoes were worn a lot when both were only worn once. My daughter couldn't wear either pair due to them being to small and hurtting her feet therefor I'd never let my child wear shoes that would cause her pain and discomfort. I wasn't asking for a refund. Only to get same pairs of shoes but correct size and due to store error we were given both pairs of shoes with wrong sizes when we purchased them trusting that the young girl that helped take them off maniquins assured us that they were correct size. When they were not. Then kate or Katie says very sarcastically "well you should have tried them on , "wow !! Realy !! Well sure that would have been nice but the store was packed that day and I trusted the store assistant knew what she was doing and helped us get in and out of store quickly. To be treated so rude and disrespectful in a kid store with my daughter and for this lady Katie or Kate to basicaly say my daughter and I were liers realy upset me, and had the nerve to have this kind of behavior and customer service in front of other customers (who are kids and parents and my own daughter )was realy unprofessional and rude. We will always shop at justice but it is unfortunate that she treated us with such disrespect and sarcasm and rudeness as she did when there was no need for it at all. My daughter is happy with all the shoes we get at justice and the pairs that are both now the correct size ... However this was a complete shock to be treated and talked in the disrespect that was given to my daughter and I. Tha
