DIRECT CONNECT AUTO TRANSPORT horrible company. They lied about everything. Took my money. Damaged my car. Would not pay for it. Delivered it a week late. Told me that they had an office in DC. I went down there to complain and it was a PO BOX. What else can I say.

I went out of my way to work with Direct Connect Auto Transport. Their customer service was very poor and their service was sloppy at best. I would never use them again!

I was worried but they came through and were on time with the delivery of my car.



We really needed the car to be on time and we are thankful that they did complete it as promised.



When we called with questions they were there and answered our questions so this was a good experience.

Love they guys! The truck driver picked up our new Audi 8 at our front security gate within 1/2 hour of his planned pickup time and got her down to Florida ahead of schedule. Highly recommend if you are moving across the country.
