      Do not walk, run away from this man. Every single job this man did for my family last summer has had to be re-done by a skilled ac tech this spring. Carlos comes across as a nice guy..like he's doing you a favor. What he's doing is lying. He has absolutley no idea what he is doing. Perhaps he might after several years working under a skilled technician. If you value your money, don't call Carlos.
