It doesn't matter what city I travel to, when I rent with Alamo, I'm always pleased with the service and vehicle. The rental process is usually fast and painless. And the price is right!

I Love renting with Alamo Rent A Car. For the last 4 yeays Alamo has been #1 in my book. I have used Alamo here in Houston, California, Las Vegas and Georgia and the experience has always been the same excellent. I do everything online I find, reserver and pay for the rental car all online so that when I arrive I skip the lines and go straight to find a car. It is so convenient. If I had any complaints it would be the price of the rental in some states are costly.

I love Alamo-I don't have a credit card and they always work with me:)my only complaint on this trip was the cost!the only thing available was a premium car choice.now don't get me wrong-I loved driving a convertible Camaro!but if I could have spent less money on a simpler vehicle I would have.

I rented a Compact car & they tried to give me an Economy. The car rented had a low tire pressure light go on 1 day after I rented. They never checked out the body damage with me before the rental. The only fair thing they did was to take one day off rental cost.

Alamo had the best price for all size vehicles under the Costco membership. They provided Great customer service. Quick and simple at the desk where we completed the paper work and signed the rental agreement. We were grateful to be handed a bottle of cold water as we approached the pick up area and were shown to the cars to choose for our size vehicle. Return was also simple and quick with a very helpful shuttle driver/service to get us to the terminal. I would certainly recommend Alamo and will definitely use them for future rentals.
